More and more people tell me that they find it increasingly hard to find focus and inner peace. The other day, a young professional complained about being caught in the hamster wheel. "I get up, start negotiating, and suddenly it's lunchtime and I find myself eating some unhealthy snack." In our annual retreat, we learn how we can regulate and steer the energy flow in our body and benefit from inner stillness.

Integrity to us means that we keep our promises, a professional contact explained to me. Is integrity not more than that? I am going to ask and discuss this burning question with participants of my upcoming inhouse TalkShop conversational formats. I can't wait to hear what people will tell me. What does integrity mean to them? How do they live it? How does it influence their daily decisions and actions? 

We have asked a jury of independent international members to select the cover image of this year's Poetry in Business Advent Calendar. This year's theme is "World Theatre" or "Welttheater". The jury will start their evaluation this week. We asked African media design students to submit their artworks for selection. The Advent Calendar will take place from 1-24 December.
